We cannot accept any returns of our goods due to the nature of the product.  This does not affect your normal statutory rights.

Cancellations

To cancel an order please contact us.  This is only possible prior to the 18th December, after this date we will not be able to make any changes and you will be charged for your order. Any cancellations prior to 18th December will incur a £10.00 administration charge.

We reserve the right to offer either replacement or refund based on quality reasons. We may ask for you to provide evidence of any quality issue.  Failure to provide evidence could compromise your ability to have a refund/replacement. All refunds/replacements are at the company’s discretion. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of an agreed refund amount.
